Whether you are an enthusiastic worker, young professional, self employed, or a tertiary student, RYLA provides a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, have fun and make new friends. Those who complete a RYLA program are generally better able to successfully manage their own lives and careers and make a mark on society. Take the RYLA challenge and uncover your true potential! RYLA is an all expense paid five day program. Leaders on this program are past Rylarians that applied, were interviewed and chosen for their particular leadership qualities.
Rotary Connection Rotary is one of the largest international service organizations in the world with around 29,000 clubs in more than 160 countries. Its members are dedicated to humanitarian service, high ethical standards in business and professional life and the promotion of world understanding and peace. One of the goals of Rotary is to help young adults discover their leadership potential and develop their self confidence to achieve their aspirations. To accomplish that goal, Rotary clubs prepare thousands of young leaders though RYLA programs each year. RYLA events are organized by Rotarians who are business and professional achievers.
